Once you have settled your horse into a stable, it will be time to work on your balance and core strength, in a rider focused Pilates session with Sarah, you will certainly "Feel the Difference" not only on the ground but on your horse too..

Next its time to work your horse in a pole work session with Alex, where the exercises are tailored to help improve your horses core strength and gymnastic ability.

Then to finish its time for a dresage session where Sarah can help you utilise all you have learnt about your body's movement and how it influences your horses way of going.

Commencing Late morning (Time TBC) with a group Pilates / Equipilates session 

Then onto the ridden sessions in groups of 2 or 3

First its pole work

Then Dressage
