Diana Fryer BSc (Hons)
Having trained at Sheepgate since 1994, Diana is a familiar face within The Sheepgate Team. She is actively involved in the organisation and running of Sheepgate’s competitions. On a daily basis Diana is involved alongside Sarah in the training of horses and clients for a variety of disciplines. Her clients range from grass roots riders to dressage riders competing at Regional and National championships and affiliated event riders. Diana also has plenty of experience teaching children of all ages from tiny tots to teenagers and pony club competitors. Her passion for breeding, showing and training native ponies is echoed through her position as a panel judge for Mountain & Moorlands and M&M working hunter ponies. Diana holds a degree in Equine and Human Sports Science which along with the BHS PTT exam and regular training sessions with Sarah is the basis for the training sessions she offers. After training several nervous riders Diana has taken a keen interest in the psychological approach to riding and is now also a trained clinical hypnotherapist.
